Hi Rui,
Sorry, but your images didn't make it into your post. Can you add them using the options tab?

Hi Jesse,
I don't think you can fix how the cached values are sorted.
You may be able to use a custom xsl:sort in your view or qRules Sort command to fix this when opening from workspace.
Please attach your form and we'll take a look.

You're close. Add a default value to your IsMember field (Data Source -> double click field -> click Fx). Add a field or group and specify the repeating table and then click on the dropdown underneath and select the option "any occurrence of name".

Hi Kerry,
This will work fine in InfoPath browser forms. I assume that's what you mean when you say "web forms".
Are your checkboxes embedded in the same sections or repeating sections as your employees?
You may need to do some filtering to specify the employee correctly. You may also need to copy data into other repeating ...

Hi Chris and welcome!
ComboBox is not what you want. Why? Because it encodes multiple values, so your comparison will fail since it can't parse out the value you want. Use a stock dropdown instead with one value and it should work just fine.

Hi Rocco Castellano and welcome,
Yes, anything's possible with a little code. You could automate this with a custom workflow. We can help you but it's a bit more involved than a simple forum reply.
Contact me if you'd like to pay for a couple hours of expert time to implement.
Otherwise, happy searching. :)

Hi Big Dog and welcome!
I recommend creating an InfoPath form that is not a list form. List forms are too limited (don't handle repeating data, etc.).
Add the approval state as a field to the form and make this a promoted property (file->form options->property promotion). That way, your ShP workflow can access it if need be. ...

I got the same error. I will ask someone else to respond. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Michael,
Yes, you can map an InfoPath form to a SharePoint list. There are two techniques:
CAML - out-of-box, but somewhat complex to implement
qRules - third party plugin (free trial), but easier to create/maintain
Qdabra has given free weekly webinars this year showing both techniques.
Here's one from last January showing CAML ...
