So - in the site settings, enable quick launch has been deselected? It just shows up after they add a new record? And this only happens if the new record is added to a list where the default form has been customized in InfoPath?

Ok - so generally when conditional formatting isn't working as anticipated, the issue is with the formatting condition. Are you re-opening the form after submitting and seeing this? Or does the form stay open when you submit it and the issue occurs?

Have you verified the formatting rules are correct on the buttons in the other views?

Hi all, I need to add a text box that would allow more than 255 characters, is the only option a rich text box? If so, how much space does the rich text box take up as I’m close to capacity on my form? Any workaround would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello I made a form with rules where if x =y then a choice poptions will show. It works fine when filling in the form however when it is submitted the filled field has the condition is not shown as filled. It just does not show at all.
