I recently migrated an InfoPath form library from SharePoint 2010 to Office 365. During this transition I had to recreate one of the data connections. The name of the data connection remained the same and I updated the fields in the form to take the values of the new data connection. This is working as expected for new forms and emails are being ...

Well, it could be that it is going to the admin view, but the rule following that is switching it back to the requester view. It could also be a rule order issue. I'd probably disable some of these rules and verify that the switch to admin view was working, then start trying to figure out when to go to the requester view. I'd also guess ...

So I do have the security level field on the different views now. What is currently happening is that no matter what the security level it is still just taking you to the Requester Information view, even though I have security set to go to Admin if the security level is 1-2-3 which it is not doing.

You've got the permissions on the list configured as per the blog post? Perfect, glad you got it figured out. So SharePoint stores dates as datetime. Even if you have the format set on the field to display only date - it is still datetime. That's why the time portion is included! But if you strip off the string from the T on, as you found, you get the date value. String-compare works (which if you look at the ...

Please disregard. I have it working now with this:
FormDate is greater than or equal to substring-before(Level_x0020_Start, "T")
FormDate is less than or equal to substring-before(Level_x0020_End, "T")
