Here I am again looking for guidance. I have 6 SharePoint Security groups that I am using to manage the permissions for my form. I found this great blog https://www.spjeff.com/2014/09/25/infopath-tip-detect-security-group-with-list-item-permissions/ they explains how to let SharePoint manage it since I cannot get the SOAP to work. Here is my issue, I have rules that based on the Request Type will determine which view to display, however now we are adding permissions into the mix. If it is the Requester we only want them to see the Requester Information view. All other Security Levels 1-2-3 should be directed to the Admin Page where the remaining sections are visible. I have attached the form so that you can see in the Form Load the rules I have in place. I have tried changing the order but still not loading the correct view. I would really appreciate any help with this one. I am so close to finishing this darn thing and of course the last piece is always the "gotcha" Thank you, Dorinda

You've got the permissions on the list configured as per the blog post? I think I'd probably put the SecurityLevel data connection on the form some place (in both views) so you can see what data is being returned and whether it is what you'd anticipate. I'm also confused by your post - what is currently happening in the form? What view is loading?

So I do have the security level field on the different views now. What is currently happening is that no matter what the security level it is still just taking you to the Requester Information view, even though I have security set to go to Admin if the security level is 1-2-3 which it is not doing.

Well, it could be that it is going to the admin view, but the rule following that is switching it back to the requester view. It could also be a rule order issue. I'd probably disable some of these rules and verify that the switch to admin view was working, then start trying to figure out when to go to the requester view. I'd also guess that for some of these rules you'll need to use the checkbox to not run any more rules if the condition is met to prevent this.
