Is your Filename field using the now() function as a default? Or are you using a rule to set it? If you are using a default it is likely that you are getting a new file name every submit. No - not really. You can set the row to auto height in the table options - but if you have borders, those will still show. You could set the row to auto height and remove the horizontal borders, then add a border on the top and bottom of your sections you are hiding. In the form template settings in FormsViewer, be sure that the "Use Client-Side Queries" checkbox is NOT selected (i.e., the checkbox is blank). Let us know if that doesn't fix the issue :)

In the copy of the form you sent me, you had a rule with no conditions to hide the text field. Remove that.

If so, try this on your condition - put the data source in advanced view and where you've selected the multi-select Value node, use the drop down to select "all instances", see if that helps....
