Did you try asking the user to clear their InfoPath cache? Perhaps this is a template issue of some kind and clearing the cache might resolve the issue.
1. Close all instances of InfoPath on your computer.
2. Click on the Start button in the lower left hand corner of your computer and type in Run.
3. Open the Run ...

Hi and welcome to the InfoPath Dev forums.
You should be able to do this, I just created a little sample in InfoPath 2007 and attached it so you can see how it works.
Perahps you have a setting on the richt text field (in the properites dialog box) which is causing this to not work as expected?
After you look at my sample you could post pack ...

Hi Vura_1234
Have you purchased a DBXL license or are you using a trial license?
You can currently do what you want to do using DBXL, DBXL includes a migration tool. Depending upon what sort of forms these are (IPFS with code behind or client only) how you integrate is slightly different. We do have a new feature coming out in DBXL ...

Hi,
Well one thing you could do would be to add these fields for the spaces into the form and then add a view in the form that is editable only by the person (or persons) who are allowed to authorise and assign the spaces. Once that user authorises and assigns the spaces in InfoPath you could have an email sent to the user directly.

Hi Steve
What you need to do is to configure the email submit to pull the user's email address into the TO line in the Submit Adapter for the e-mail. I attached a screenshot (from 2007 but should work for 2003). Is this what you need to understand how to do?

I have used user roles in InfoPath successfully. They don't work with browser forms though but they do work with Client forms.
Have you seen this Office article on them? They do work in both 2003 & 2007: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/infopath/HP101651191033.aspx
You do use the semi colon to seperate users or ...

Hi,
Is there any additional information in the error message other than just Access Denied? If there is it would be good to know the text of the full error message.
Is this user able to create a new form from the library in SharePoint? What permissions does this user have in SharePoint on that library?

Our qRules product has a function built in that lets you easily create a GUID: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qRules.aspx
We've already done the code for you.

If you need a uniuqe name you could generate a GUID using code or you could generate a unique name but concatenating some of the fields in the form with a data/time stamp, that should end up being pretty unique as one of the timestamps in InfoPath is to the milisecond
Hope that helps!

Hi and welcome to the InfoPath Dev forum.
First you need to open your solution in 2007 in design mode and then use the design checker in InfoPath 2007 and change the settings to check for issues with browser forms. There are some controls that you can't use in the browser and you are going to want to evaluate your form first to see ...
