I am a little bit lost. Where I can I find it in the "Manage Rules" section? Is in the Conditions area?

I am following the example from this blog post, but the dropdown values are not getting filtered as expected. It seems to be simple and straight forward, and I'm sure I'm missing one small detail.

Hilary - this is a super cool idea! I will keep it in mine to use sometime. Doreen
I stumbled upon this thread looking for how to programmatically set a checkbox to true (checked), to switch a view.

How have you got Sharepoint TimeOnly field?
I manage to find only Date or Date and Time (but not TimeOnly) types of Sharepoint fields

So I think the solution was that in my database, the field was set as date instead of datetime. FYI for all you other Infopathers.
HIllary, thanks for helping me consider the obvious, which is often the last thing I consider!

Jimmy,
I have never worked with 2007.
I (mis)understood the question and your (first) reply to it as the statement that Infopath 2007 code does not run in Infopath 2010.

You can't actually type there - but here's a blog post that tells you how to do this by manually modifying the source files.

Hilary,
Thanks for the response. They can type into the rich text box fine but cannot paste anything into the box. On a rare occasion one or 2 can but 99% of the time they cannot. I will try updates and service packs next.

Well, you'd said:
70 milestones, each milestone can have upwards of 10 tasks with a status, completed by and completed time respectively
So, to me, based on that description, I would assume the schema would look somthing like the attached screenshot. If you need 70 instances by default, you can set that up in the form's default ...

If the data type on the field is set to Date, they will get a validation error.
