I've attached a copy of your template with a change on the rule on the dropdown - I'm guessing you want the rule to run when the field is not blank (though you may want to add rules to clear fields when the office changes), but you were missing a filter on your data when you select from the secondary data. Your secondary data will have 0 ...

If you are using qRules - you could just use the delete command to delete all the data in the secondary data source. :)

Hi - you should be able to just add the column to the DB, add the mapping to the document type mapping in DAT and then reshred your documents. :) Let me know if you need more detail?

So - I have a blog post here on the bug I manually fixed up: http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/hilary/archive/2012/01/19/ipfs-design-checker-errors-amp-print-preview.aspx
It sounds harder than it is. Basically, this is an InfoPath browser form bug - expression boxes don't need to be bound, but InfoPath adds that binding ...

I used InfoPath for *years* before I noticed that little dropdown when selecting repeating fields, by the way, so I like to point it out whenever I have a chance. :)

Then, in the library settings, under Advanced, set the library up to use content types. After you do that, you can specify content types, specify the default content type and so on from the library settings page.

Fixed up form attached. Query fields are used to query for data - so, you set the query fields to the values you want back from you list, execute the query and data is returned to the data fields. Changed data will only post back to the list if the form is submitted. You can control that - set controls to read only, or use calculated values to ...

So, I'm kinda guessing here - but I'd say if you have a column called prefix, you could set that query field to get back just stuff for that prefix. Then you wouldn't have to add a filter, you could just use a formula for max(AutoNumber) and add one to it. It is best to do this sort of thing right before you submit, to lessen the ...

I've had a hard time in the past with rules & conditions that are triggered by a field that is using a multi select - that is, it seems that there are some bugs specific to that control, because if I drag the same repeating field onto the form & make it a little repeating table w/ a text field, I don't have the same ...
