In your SharePoint list, what are the data types for EMMAStart and BirthDate?

Hi - so, I think you are saying that when you populate dates in your form from the SharePoint list and then submit that data back to SharePoint (using qRules), the list doesn't display the dates correctly? So, now, is there a way to populate the default values with a resource file? I keep a separate xml file with all of my form values and I am thinking about creating a form to allow ...

Anyone else have suggestions for this?
