I don't understand your post. Is the form not opening in the browser, but opening in filler instead? That is the only time I've seen the form version error - I wouldn't expect to see it in the browser.

From the bottom sliver of your screenshot it looks like Activity-Campaign_Risk_Analysis has at least one sibling underneath Activity-Campaign-Overview, so your code is inserting the new Activity-Campaign_Risk_Analysis node after that field (and possibly others) instead of in line with the rest of the Activity-Campaign_Risk_Analysis.

If I use an expression field, is there a way to hide the date picker field from showing up on the submitted form that comes across to email?

Sending nicely formatted emails from InfoPath is typically a big headache.

Actually my textbox is formatted pretty much the same as yours. See attachment.
Also in the attachment I included 2 pieces of the form showing from my computer (Region=US) and another users computer (Region=Italy).
