well when you create multi view forms, you need to keep one thing in mind that data validations hold through out the form, so if you have some datavalidations on some field in view1 and in view2 you dont show that field, and that field contains invalid data the form wont get submitted. Same seems to be the case with you.
-
well, there is a solution, but it might not work always(for some data it wont work properly). check the attachment
-
well you can use a little bit of coding to achieve that, if you are ok with that
-
if you set the view to readonly, you cant open the attached files, now if you want the user to be able to view files, it cant be a readonly view, so you will have to go in and change settings of all the controls.
A suggestion would be to have a button on the readonly view that will switch to a different that will have this file attachment ...

As i mentioned in the earlier post also, that you will require coding for the popup images also popups are supported only in client forms and not in browser enabled forms...
-
you can use arraylists
-
instead of poping up Clendar on checkbox click.
just use conditional formatting to hide the calendar based on the value of checkbox. so whenever user clicks checkbox he will see a calendar control adjecent to it.
-
string [] arr = new string[4];
for(int i =0;i< 4;i++)
{
arr[i]="your value goes here";
}

Xdocument.DOM.selectSingleNode()
was used in InfoPath 2003, to select nodes
In InfoPath2007 and onwards below is used
this.CreateNavigator().SelectSingleNode("XPath of the field", this.NamespaceManager).Value
-
you will need to write C# code for the popup image, and that will be avaible for browser enabled forms
