Last » Re: Need some help with infopath 2007 I realize that using today will return today's date. I thought that may be less confusing for your users. You want them to enter 2359, right? And have the colon added? So your condition would be if the entry is greater that 2359, without the colon. You are going to have challenges with this because you may also want to verify that they ... Just add the field form your form as a promoted property in InfoPath (File-> Form Options->Promoted Properties) and it will be available to the workflow so it can be driven by the contents of your form. Should be easy. We also have a training lab that ... I would be happy to remove full trust if it makes my life a lot easier! What simple changes can I make to remove the Full Trust? What do I lose, if anything, when removing it? Will users be able to edit the form (not what we want!)? Will I be able to edit the form using ... I'm trying to get it so that it just displays whatever invalid time was put in, if its greater than 23:59 or less than 00:00. I tried some conditional formatting with the rules playing ... You should verify that it submits rich text for the resume. It could be submitting non xhtml compliant rich text which means you may need to add a plugin for viewing it. The out-of-box InfoPath rich text control does require a certain ... Do the inner one in the default value of a field which does not appear in your view. Then, the view element can reference that hidden field to do the top filter. See if that's faster. Just an idea, Patrick Posted to Code (Forum) by Patrick Halstead on 01-25-2013 Re: Sum Function Issues Hi Kristina, The sum function works with repeating groups. Make sure that your group is repeating. If not, you can just use the + sign to add up the individual fields and it should work - i.e. field1+field2. Best of luck, Patrick Posted to General (Forum) by Patrick Halstead on 01-25-2013 Re: No reaction on press of Submit button Hi Tobi and welcome, If you are using a browser-based form, you may need to change your button properties' browser post back settings to "Always" to get it to work. We have seen issues with buttons not working because of that. InfoPath tries to intuit when it should post back to the server but sometimes it guesses wrong. If ... We highly recommend people do away with Full Trust. There are very few good reasons for using it. Most of the time, simple changes can be made to remove the requirement. That will save you a lot of headache since you won't have to admin ... Posted to Browser Forms (Forum) by Patrick Halstead on 01-25-2013 Re: Need some help with infopath 2007 You could also use today() instead of 1899: Rule 1: concat(today(), "T", "0", substring(., 1, 1), ":", substring(., 2, 2), ":00") I think you could check to see if something was invalid in your rule conditions - if the number entered is greater than 2400, perhaps?
