Autre chose: Nous n'avons pas chance avec le active directory. Nous avons preparé une fiche d'Access avec tout l'informacion, et fait le db connection du Access au Infopath avec tout. Il est plus facile pour moi que travailler avec le active directory.

Yes, the same thing happens to us and we have just had to ignore it. If the user closes the form, then tries again, it usually works. I'd sure like to know why. I suspect some kind of intermittant server unavailability.
