You said the transform uses dbxl, right? If so, don't worry about it. I don't have dbxl, only have q rules. I really don't think they will let me spend any money right now. I appreciate it anyhow! :) I figured it was time for a picture after all these years lol

Yes, with it not built into the map, the map writes fine. I did more testing... if I don't select anyone with the people picker, it submits fine, but as soon as I pick people, if gives that error. Hmmm...I just tried picking only one person, and it submitted fine. So, it's only when I pick more than one person that I get that error.  ...

I get so stuck in doing things the way I've always done, I don't think outside the box to come up with something easier LOL, even when requirements are different. Yes... that's the plan.  It's a repeating section (bound to the secondary data source). The user makes edits on the data there, and then the data drops to a hidden repeating InfoPath table. From there the records are bulk submitted back into the SharePoint list with qRules. Is there a better way?  This is how all ...
