Hi Jim, Yes, the DBXL app pool account is a member of WSS_WPG. It is also installed on the same server (and same sharepoint site). It is MOSS 2007 i'm using by the way.   Regards, Matt

Is anyone able to help with this error? we are very close to wanting to purchase dbxl but until this is resolved we will not be able to...

ok, strange thing is, DAT actually DOES manage to create the library with the correct template when i click save, it just errors out with the mentioned error though :(   so close!

Thanks for the reply. when i specify the library, i get a 401 error (see attached). So i made the account that the dbxl app pool runs under a site collection administrator and gave it full access and now it gives error...  "S0002: Caught exception ensuring Sharepoint form library https://servername/formlibrary. the web application ...
