Without the people picker mapped, are you able to update items? Seems like that would be a good place to start debugging.

Okay- so the currently published version is the one you need? Under the library settings, under Advanced, there should be an edit template link. Or open the library in Windows Explorer and you should find template.xsn in the Forms folder.

I am not sure w/out seeing the form - I'm having a hard time understanding how the form is currently designed. But yes, you could give that a try. I really don't see how 3 conditions on a filter could cause this issue in the browser, unless you have some fields with defaults that are firing rules and causing complexity.

Hi, Gwen - you'll need to add a helper field with a default and map that instead of your actual people picker fields. More on that here: http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/hilary/archive/2013/01/17/qrules-submittosharepointlist-and-a-person-or-group-column-type.aspx and here: ...

Sending the form data with the email means they can look at the XML file with a text editor - so it doesn't really matter if the form has restrictions on a view. Do vendors have access to your SharePoint site? If so - easiest would ...

If you find out the issue, please post back in case anyone else runs into it. Usually on the site collection where the admin-approved template or content type has been published there is a library called "Form Templates". I am guessing your template has been admin deployed? Is that the case? You can also download the existing XML, ...

You'll need to use what is often called a double eval formula. Here's a link that describes this approach: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/infopath/2006/04/05/email-submit-to-line-loops-in-formulas

Does the URL have sharepoint.com in it? :)
