The template has several long values, mostly used to store currency amounts.  The last two promoted properties, Gross Asset Value and Net Asset Value are both longs.  I would try first removing those.

Is there a reasonably easy way to accomplish this? I just need the screentip to stretch past the control and go over the entire row as well as the header column. I tried using a section to put the row in to see if it could be done that way but it doesn't appear you can add screentips to sections. Appreciate any help with this, this site ...

I'm simplifying my original question:  How do I map an identity column that is also a primary key in the DAT tool?  I want to create the column on first insert, then retain the original value on subsequent resubmits or writes to database. still having trouble with this.

Looking at the blog post and reading your error message, it sounds as if you set up your submit options to use custom code - instead, you just want to add a button that has code on it.
