I haven't tried that. Can you please open a seperate thread for that?

You can do this via conditional formatting. Right click on the control, and select 'Conditional Formatting...', and click 'Add...' - there you will see 'disable' or 'hide this control' options.
-
I just tried the same scenario you mentioned (created 2 fields which cannot be blank), and email publish works fine - I was able to see the fields in the body section.
Did you verify the view settings of your active view? Can you attach your template?

We have GetAttachmentAttribute command in qRules v2.2, which is going to release soon. That command gets a specific attribute(like attribute name, extenstion, size, file) of a file attachment or a picture attachment. That command works on IP 2007, as well as IP 2010.
stay tuned!

Go through this link, it has sample code snippet that saves file to a specified location.

Regarding your other question:
If the form is approved, is there a way to add the dates, into the managers calendar, that the users will be on leave for?
>> Do you want to send an appointment/meeting request form? - if so, look at this post - http://www.outlookcode.com/threads.aspx?forumid=5&messageid=29784
Good Luck!

It's b/c the value column in the drop down is empty, add some data to the value column and try again - it should work!
-
Can you post your form too? Also, check your /id parameter - it should use full path since it's not a repeating data.
-
I looked at your approved/denied section, and the conditional formatting is incorrect, and I am not sure how you configured the submit button - b/c I don't see submit button in the form you sent.
I just added a submit button, and modified the confitional formatting in the approved/denied section - and I was able to see the hidden section in ...
-
Can you just type submitted in the the conditional formatting text field (I think you typed "submitted") - just make that change and try.
