I have a "Save" button on my form that the user wants enabled only if the report month equals the current month.
I have a textbox which stores the month number of the report month and another textbox which grabs the current month number from the current date. If they do not equal, the button is ...

I've an Infopath form with a Name field with the following default value translate(now(),"-_:T","") . This allows me to have unique filenames.

sum(xdXDocument:GetDOM("Work Order System")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/dfs:Work_Order_System/@Labor_Hours_Total)

YAY! I really did cheer...people in the office are looking at me strangely now. :)
No matter, as I have finally got my IP 2010 form functional now! I will pass on my findings, which may prove to be interesting.
I have a lot of information that needs to be populated on my form, so I spent time formatting it so it could be just submitted as is, ...

Crossing my fingers, I think I finally got it to work reliably, with a Close Form rule. I had to add a simple workflow to the first iteration of the form that populates the URL path attribute. I used SharePoint Designer to construct the workflow. It has 1 step, if the current item of the URL variable is empty, the set the ...
