Thanks for the reply.
This is what I have done in the calculated value properties.
Calculated value --> Properties --> Data Source --> click function --> Insert formula window --> Insert field or group --> Filter Data -->Add --> Employee ID (from DB) = Employee ID (Field). When I hit OK and try to save it gives the ...

Hi,
I want to create the safety stock approval form. In the form, I want the user to add the item and all the details of that item should be populated by itself from the excel file. I don’t understand how can I do that. Currently, I have source file located on network drive but we will soon be moving it over to ...

The problem with this scenario is the lack of filtering. The calculated value is a single field but it's hooked up to repeating data, so it just grabs the first row.
I'm thinking that in the process of setting up the Calculated Value you might see a "Filter Data" button. This is what you're missing. You'll be matching ...

Hi Doreen,
I don't think manually creating folders and then manually moving the XML files is a good idea. Users make mistakes, so it's best to control what they can and cannot do. As the form designer, you can control this with some simple changes. Basically, you would allow DBXL to control the SharePoint mapping, via a conditional ...
