Hi, I am having a strange problem with attachments field on a list InfoPath form. The attachments get uploaded successfully but not able to access/open any attachment uploaded by someone else, on the form. The error says "The file is corrupt or invalid". It is happening for all the file formats, be it ppt, doc, jpg, txt....

Hmm, thats strange.
They can fill in the form, as it's embedded in the InfoPath Form Webpart, so there's no issue there.
But when it submits to a form library, all they see is a file, which apparently needs to be opened with InfoPath. Even datasheet view just shows the file.

Hello,
I recently created a form in IP and would like to populate check boxes from a drop down menu. I have got it to work but when selecting a different selection in the drop down it will not clear the previous selection and update to the new catagory.
Any help would be greatly appreicated.

I actually found a way to do what I was originally trying to do. By setting the default value of the field that my drop down was bound to I was able to set the default text. With a quick formatting rule to emulate the grey text color this worked perfectly. I wouldn't call it ideal, but it gets the job done.

If you are using InfoPath Forms Services and browser forms, users should not have to have InfoPath installed to create new or open existing files.
