InfoPath Dev

 Hi there work for a big school here and we have a booking system to 'hire' out laptops.

What we have setup on a dedicated computer is a InfoPath form where they select a date + computer and sends us an email stating so.

What we need is a calendar which can update (whether automatically or manually) and is displayed on a form stating whether said laptops are taken out that day or not...

 Are you using a SharePoint Calendar? If so that's just a list. so you'll be able to show a repeting table look up.
