Thanks Jnava121. I tried what you had mentioned and repeatedly had to set the Size of the section table to auto and that removed the gaps. thanks once again.

I can't swear to the use of the left-right arrow keys because I always used tab-shift tab going left-to-right & right-to-left, but the up & down arrow keys allowed you to navigate up & down a column without having to go all the way across a table.

I was still able to use the arrow keys for navigation after InfoPath 2010 was installed. It was when Windows 7 was installed that they quit working. It's nice to know I wasn't imagining the use of the arrow keys.

I haven't worked with Document Information Panels, but one thing to verify here is that https://mysite.sharepoint.com is in your local intranet sites in the Internet Explorer security settings. I believe I have seen this error result from not having the publish site in IE's local intranet sites.

What do you mean when you say you want to display the [Qualified] value in the form? In what context? Are you displaying info about a single employee or several?

The width size in my controls in my table on my Infopath form keep defaulting to 100%. When I go into the control properties and change the width and apply it the size reverts back to 100%. How do I change the width? I'm using Infopath 2010.
