Check that data connection that's failing so you can see what it is querying. Make sure the user has access - like, if its a library, have him open the library....

So - GetDocumentNumber data connection queries a SharePoint List or Library? Make sure this user has the correct permissions on it (I'm sure you've already done this, but wanted to double check). Is it possible to have the user log into a different machine to rule out any machine level issues?

Well, you could try putting the query and data fields for the secondary data connection on the form some place. Add a button that executes the query. Then you can test and see if it has to do with the value you are passing into the query field - for example, do you need to remove the claims prefix? Of course, it could also be that the issue is on ...

I understand now. So the issue you will have is that there is no easy (non-code) way to get that repeating data from one form to another. If you promote the repeating data as merged, if every field in each row is filled out, you may be able to use something similar to the default data approach outlined in this thread - but I'm not confident in ...

Whew, I'm glad that worked. This was just my normal "SharePoint is being mean" troubleshooting - I like to make sure something reproduces prior to opening a support ticket, so if it isn't going to be too arduous, I usually see if I can figure out if I can make it happen again. :) Have a great day!

I think since it works when NOT in the webpart, I'd run a quick test w/ a new webpart with the same form (just in case it is something about the webpart) but I think you'll have to open a ticket with Microsoft to have them take a look, since this is Office 365. Is this a recent issue? Did it used to work correctly & stopped? Or is this ...

I've not seen this! If you right click one of your controls that are getting reset (in design mode), and select the properties, and look under the browser tab - what are the postback settings? Does this happen in all browsers? EDITED to add: What about if you fill out the form NOT in a webpart? Any different behavior?

I'm confused by your formula. In the Product Name field in the main data source of your AP_Credit Memo template, you are comparing the ID for the product to a non-repeating field in your main data source, that is, ID from the secondary data source should equal the CRMNumber in the form. That confuses me, since every single ID in your product ...

Is this a matter of displaying only specific items? If so, you should be able to use a filter for that - if you attach your form under the Options tab in a reply I can help you. Or are you actually wanting to delete rows in the data source?

You've attached a screenshot of your error. Do you have a SharePoint Admin who can help you? If so, you need to get them the correlation ID from the error and the time it took place - then they can find it in the ULS logs. Copy the ID out of the error box and paste it into the email when you email them on this - so they can easily search for ...
