Hello remigiuszmarian,
Here are a few things to consider regarding browser forms. First would be the browser in use, I strongly recomend using an updated version of IE. Another factor would be the SharePoint Library settings which should be enabled to open in browser. I found some links from Microsoft for you to indulge in:

I was unable to use the drop down since my list was on a different page or site, so i was only able to use a drop down from lists within the same site collection. I was able to get this to work by creating a rule to run when the combobox changes to set the value of the text box to the secondary data connection field "position" filtered ...

You can always set up a receive source linking to the first DB. Once you pull the info, you then can populate any fields you have with that data, then submit to the 2nd DB. Or were you wanting to submit the data to both DBs from either form?

Patrick - That would be great....I appreciate the assistance.

Is there anywhere that has a way to setup a custom xsl:sort? I would be interested in pursuing that further if possible. I do not see the ability to attach anything to a post, can you provide further direction?
Thank you for your response!

Thanks Patrick,
That did the trick, I also noted that it did not like having the full address in the inner concat. I had to drop it down to just the object name. Also thanks for your fast response.

I'm currently using the Trial version of Qrules v5.1 (hopefully getting my full copy this week) and the Command Overview document states that :
qRules’ Managed Metadata commands are not available on SharePoint 2013.
Should I interpret this as it's not available yet or it is not going to ever be available.
Thanks

I was getting server limits on the soap connections. I'm still looking into the Rest connection setup process. Our concerns with the soap connections are that the more items we import from other databases the less columns we can use in the data connections due to the size limit. Good to know we can at least get 30.
