Like InfoPath, this forum is old. If you use it in Edge set to IE mode, you'll get a toolbar for formatting, and your new lines will be preserved, but I rarely bother with all that..... I agree with you on the one-time scripts. I am not sure what the current state of Muhimbi PDF conversion software is, or whether they still have a product for ...

Hi - It sort of sounds like you are not opening the form in FormsViewer, based on your description of using IE? Have you set up the library to open the form with your FormsViewer template? I'm a little uncertain about where you have placed your rule - perhaps you could email me your form?

So your separate print view - what type of control are you using for your date? Probably a text box or calculated value... those can be formatted as a date (in the format of your choice) in the control's properties. Simple sample attached. So - in your screenshot, it looks like you are setting Application 1 to the email you wish to send this to? If the Application 1 field = Application 1? Sorry - that is a little confusing to me. Can you just create email submit connections in your form for each of the "applications" and then in your submit rules, you can determine which ...

Where will the separate email addresses be defined? That is, are you putting these in a SharePoint list? That might be a good way to go - just create a list for these, and then add a data connection to your form so you can determine the right email address for each section....

I added the form load rule, a read only view, and conditional formatting on a couple of controls on the edit view. It is challenging with list forms - I can't test any of my changes, so they may not be right, but hopefully will at least point you in the general direction :)

I added two validation rules to Information 1 - hopefully that's enough to get you started. I don't understand the question on email - I don't understand where the email address is supposed to come from.
