InfoPath uses XML data types which by default uses YYYY-MM-DD as the underlying representation. You are concatenating these values in a string on submit, so you will need to change the format before at that time. You could write code to do this or you could add a text field to your form and a rule action on submit that sets the ...

If you have hardcoded the dropdown using the Designer and entering values directly into it, you may need to copy those values into an XML resource and file attach to the solution. Then, you can reference the file and use filtering to find the display value you want.
If the dropdown is populated from a database, you can use filtering to get at the ...

Hi GMLear,
I've asked Greg to respond since I am not doing much development these days. I know MS changed things a bit in 2007. You should search for "regform.exe" which worked for IP2003 forms. Did you check the SharePoint server logs? Might be that your SharePoint needs a new service pack or there's some anomaly with it.
Of course, I'm assuming you are using the same account to update as the account that you used ...

The InfoPath SDK for 2003 (check out InfoPath Resources link in the upper right corner of InfoPathDev home page), has a snippet of code that registers the XSN in the registry. That's what you need to do. There's also an exe tool that creates and MSI but I believe that was deprecated in VS 2007. VS should allow you to build an ...
