Thank you for that information. Could you go into a bit more detail about how, specifically, your form is performing those calculations?

Rules are defined in manifest.xsf. Default values can be found in template.xml or sampledata.xml, and conditional formatting is scattered throughout each view's respective XSL file.
What do you intend to do with the logic once you have exported it?

If you do not have SharePoint and this feature is crucial, you might consider trying Qdabra's Active Directory Web Service. It will allow you to retrieve the current user's name and a whole bunch of other information: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/ADWebService.aspx

In InfoPath 2007, it would be something like this:
XPathNavigator node = MainDataSource.CreateNavigator().SelectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:field1", NamespaceManager);
string nodeValue = node.Value;
substituting the "/my:myFields/my:field1" part with the actual XPath of the field you are accessing.

Will the dropdown control always have just the three possible values Yes, No, and N/A? If so, just bind it to a node in the same repeating section as FirstName and LastName and enter the values, Yes, No, and N/A in the dropdown's properties. I don't know of any way to generically make a form faster, but there might be a way to make your calculation more efficient. If you give us some more detail on the calculation you're doing, one of us can probably give you some advice on making it faster.

Looks to me like this is the problem line:
foreach (XPathNavigator resultRow in queryDataFields.SelectChildren("PGW import data", dNamespace))
I can't imagine how there could possibly be a node in your secondary data source with spaces in it. Please double-check what the name of that field should be. Also, whereas ...

Just go to Tools->Form Options->Programming, click Remove Code, and select the new code type you want to use.
Note that only InfoPath 2007 has built-in support for C#, though Swathip's code uses the InfoPath 2003 object model.
