we are looking for a way, to create a button in a filled form which has two actions:
create an PDF from the infopath form and then send ist to an Email Adress.
Is there a way to do this?

I have a form with lots of check and radio buttons which I summerize in several fields.
At the end I have two totals, one for women and one for men.

Are you saying when you select your user from a sharepoint list a people picker is filled out? Are other fields then meant to be filled out.
By the sounds of it you'll need a secondary data connection to perform a lookup based on the chosen person in the people picker. Depending on what information you want, you might want to look at usering ...

Many ways to skin this cat.
1.If you're form has different views, only put the applicable button on its correct view. Use a workflow to strip permissions where appropriate. Thus an Initiator could go into a form when it's at the Manager stage.
2. You could put each button into its own section and using rules hide the button ...

Personally I'd have separate fields which are set on a submit/save button
i.e.
RequestorName,RequestorDate,RequestorTime
DirectorName,DirectorDate,DirectorTime
FinanceName,FinanceDate,FinanceTime
The date and time stamp you can set using now() etc.
