Your problem is here:
xdXDocument:get-DOM()/my:myFields/my:Time/my:Employee
That will always return the first Employee.
Since this rule is on Employee, you should be able to use current() in place of that.
xdXDocument:GetDOM("Employee Records")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:EmployeeID[../d:Title = ...

Downloaded and reviewed, I think the second example (XPath) is what I'm looking for. I tried using the same syntax on my form, but it didn't seem to work. Does the fact that the radio buttons and textbox are on different views matter?

I'm not sure I understand the question. I see you have some other qRules commands in the form - those will set success to true when they succeed. You shouldn't have to clear the success node to submit.

When the Employee is selected from the drop down that sets the two values. Condition: EmployeeName != "". Set EmployeeID: xdXDocument:GetDOM("Employee Records")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:EmployeeID[../d:Title = xdXDocument:get-DOM()/my:myFields/my:Time/my:Employee], Set ...

Okay - if things are getting set to the value of the first row, something is off with your filter. Can you paste in the full XPath of the expression you are using?

Hi Hilary,
Thats great. That worked.
I do not recall doing that on my JAS form but then I did it a long time ago. Again thanks.
My remaining query with the form that was not working and now is, QC2010, is that the success node is already ticked when I open the form. If I clear it and then submit it fills in correctly.
Why is it ...

For testing I only have two values in the SharePoint list. Everything after the first row is set to the value of the first row.
Employee, EmployeeID, Class
John Doe, 12345, 1
Jane Doe, 54321, 5
The form:
[Row 1] John Doe --> Rule Sets EmployeeID:12345 and Class:1
[Row 2] Jane Doe --> Rule Sets EmployeeID:12345 and ...

When you say "set incorrectly" could you please tell me what "incorrectly" means here? Is the value being set to anything? To the wrong value? The first value? Some random value? :)

If you look at your working form, you'll see in the QdabraRules data source, on the finishedLoading node, a rule that sets the useWebServices attribute to true. Add that rule to your form that is not working. That will force the form to use web services for the submit (like it does in preview) instead of using the SharePoint Object ...

The first row is set correctly but the subsequent rows are set incorrectly. I am using a filter but it still is incorrect. I am also displaying the data connection so I can verify that everything is ok and it looks good.
