 Sorry, this is not something InfoPath does out of box nicely. You may want to consider your options for submitting your repeating data to its own list. You can do that with custom code (or some clever CAML) or qRules can make it easy for you - free trial here.

Hi, I have created an field with the function 'username'. But then i upload the form to sharepoint. The output of this field is: i:05.t|external|MY-EMAIL@COMPANY.com . Can someone help? I just want the output: MY-EMAIL@COMPANY.com . So how can i remove: i:05.t|external| In the output??

I'm not sure how you are selecting your approval managers, however. You could have the approval set by a button with rule on the button when clicked. This approval button sets another field i.e. ApprovalComplete to 1. Then you can have a form load rule to open up a read only view when ApprovalComplete = 1.
