Regarding the usege of repating table/repeating section in the sharepoint list, I would like to know if is it possible to submitting several rows (as it is possible by clicking the Manage Multiple List Items With this Form) but by copying the same ID for the form.
Per example: I submit tree lines in the repeating ...

You could have the approval set by a button with rule on the button when
clicked. This approval button sets another field i.e. ApprovalComplete
to 1. Then you can have a form load rule to open up a read only view
when ApprovalComplete = 1.

1. The output is:
i:05.t|external|NAME.NAME@COMPANY.com
Every user gets this output with his own e-mail address. But i want to remove i:05.t|external| automaticly so that only the e-mail address is displayed in the field.
2. The data type is: Text (String)

I can see in the template.xml that field4 isn't included in the template you cracked open for that template.xml file, however. :)

I assume you want me to open the cab file, extract the template.xml? If so, it's attached.
Update: Oh, shoot, you mean an existing xml so you can capture all the data don't you? I'll email it to you as it contains confidential information.

Can you attach an XML file I can try the template with so I can verify it also fails for me?

So - when you preview with existing data and your template is set to automatically upgrade the XML, your new field is still not included?
