I think your expression boxes are also in Repeating section/table then, then your XPath should be
xdXDocument:GetDOM(''tblkEMCType'')/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:tblkEMCType/
@EMCName[../@EMCID = current()/my:EMCVol_]
In the above xpath I am assuming ''my:Volume'' to be the repeating node.

Hi,
What is the purpose that you want all of the people to enter data in one view?
You can do this if your users do not edit the form at the same time.
Your Schema should be built in the right way to do this. Probably have a repeating section, this repeating section will have a field called username. So when a user logs in you will filter the ...

Hi,
One way is to change your txtVendorName to a dropdown and bind the list to that dropdown. There is no use of choose button.
If your desing permit a dropdown then I think taskpane is the way to go.
When you click on the ''Choose'' button show the taskpane with VENDOR ID and VENDOR NAME values. Have a select button beside each of the row. Write ...

Write a Method in the code which gets the nodename and checks if that node is present in the thisXDocument.Errors list.
XDocument.Errors[<<<index>>>].Node will give you the node name. If it is present in the list then that node has validation errors.
The method that you write above can be called in conditional formatting ...

Hi Sam,
Welcome to the Forum!
I think View switch happens only after the control is passed to the InfoPath.
Call XDocument.SetNamedNodeProperty in ''OnSwitchView()'' event, then it should work.

It is not possible to send emails in JSript without showing the Email dialog.
If you are anyway using outlook to send emails, you cannot really obstruct user from seeing recipient list, he can actually see them in his sent items.

Hi Stephen,
Welcome to the Forum!
InfoPath will ask you to replace old form template only when there is a change in the site address.
Fix for this is, When ever you are updating the form template, publish it on the same form library where the previous template is, then you will not get this dialog.

If you are using Email dataconnection then there is no way you can avoid this dialog.
Only other way is directly contact your ''smptp'' server through the code. But this kind code requires you to give full trust to your form.
I think the dialog is from InfoPath.
