Hi, Just wanted to say a big thanks for posting the fix. I ran across the same issue and your solution was spot on - remove the customised printer from the view configuration.
Is there any way to check and/or adjust this from the InfoPath API? I'm automating InfoPath externally to convert XSN+XML files into PDFs. I'm sending the ...

Patrick, I look forward to an update from you following SPC14, your insight will be invaluable.
I personally expect to continue using InfoPath with Qrules and some of the Qdabra web services for the next 1-2 years for major projects at least until we digest the "new method".

Hi
We have office 365 and are using the sharepoint sites with a list and infopath for collecting data.
When a form is submitted it is emailed as an attachment to a line manager to approve. They click the attachment it opens infopath and they then tick to approve or reject. What i would like is if they reject it, it emails the person who ...

I have found that the form can't seem to find the udcx file which is causing this problem.
Still haven't found a solution though, if anybody has any ideas I would be grateful.
Jacqui.

1) Anonymous Access is turned on in CA.
2) Created a ...

Hi Neil,
To achieve this you would have to write code. There is, however, another way to go about it which is by using Qdabra's qRules. qRules is a common library that handles the top 50 commonly asked for features in InfoPath that require code, including your request. Here's the info on SetSave:
SetSave SetSave gives the ...

Hi Barry,
Yes, this is possible. You can make use of qRules' ClearErrors command which allows you to clear the error table in order to allow submit even if some fields are not valid. Pease check this blog post for more information. Hope this helps.

Hi zaca011,
If you are using today() in your formula, then it would return the date today. What you may need to do here is to substitute today() with a field where it will specify the file name of which ever document you wish to update. Your formula should look similar to this:
substring(field1, 0, 8)
I suggest using another control such as a ...

Hello,
There was a previous reply by Jo-Anne which discussed filtering and querying secondary data connections in detail. Let me know if it works out well or if you need further assistance. Hope this helps.
