Hi Hilary.. of all the people to respond, I was hoping it was you (no offense to the others :)) as I've read many of your other comments on dates and such.
I have not ran into an issue with Stack Overflow.
So, it sound like I'll have to figure out a way to store the date field in Excel as text perhaps and go that route??
Thanks ...

Thank you very much Hilary for your help and amazing response time! Our SharePoint Administrator is out of the office today, but I am confident that he will be successful the next time he attempts to upload our template.
I'll post back to confirm.
Thanks again!

Hello,
I'm having an issue with InfoPath 2013 and InfoPath 2010 compatability. I created a template in 2010 and published that template to SharePoint (which I convert to a 2007 Filler Form to ensure that it works with all of our aging PCs). Anyway, the template was created in 2010 but then a few individuals were upgraded to ...

I'm taking an Excel file and exporting an XML file that is then used as a data connection in InfoPath. One of the fields in the XML is a date field which looks correct in the Excel cell as 1/31/2014 but it ...
