Any code that accesses a local filesystem (including shared drives) is going to require full trust, and there isn't a way to make the code "partially" full trust. Is there any chance you could instead write the files to an intranet web/SharePoint server? That should be possible from a domain trust form.

thanks but i figured it out. I dragged my fields that would contain data to my email view, so now when a user enters in data on the first (or second) view, the data automatically pulls up on the email view.

How I did it on one of my
forms was as follows.
On you form where appropriate,
add a people picker control. I added 1 control per person to be added (max3). Name the fields appropriately
i.e. ExtraPermission1, ExtraPermission2 etc.
Publish these fields as extra
columns in your SharePoint library.
