Setting rules to apply fields from one view to another view... PLEASE HELP.. DEADLINE TO MEET!!

I'm creating a form that currently has 2 views.  I want to make a 3rd view to show up in an email to the user that shows everything that they have populated in the fields from the other 2 views.  How do I do that?

Not sure what you mean by show up.

I’m on InfoPath and SharePoint 2010

I don’t email forms. I use workflows to either:

    1. Email links to a form

    2. Create an email with fields which pull data from a SharePoint Form library which holds the field and data I need.

I’m yet to figure out a way to not show a field (date)  if there is no data actually present.

You could have an email generated by a workflow with a link to the form and have a form load rule to show the 3rd view based on a form status. Your fields would need to be in sections so that you could add a formatting rule to show or hide depending on whether the field is empty.

Depending on your field type you might be able to do something like - http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/e112f4ab-2f8c-4fbd-aa73-f3d8dba5f113/hide-empty-variables-in-a-workflow-email?forum=sharepointcustomizationprevious

thanks but i figured it out. I dragged my fields that would contain data to my email view, so now when a user enters in data on the first (or second) view, the data automatically pulls up on the email view.
