Thanks for providing more info. :)
Yes - Outlook is required to send email from an InfoPath form. If you're saying that email submit works in the browser, I guess you just have to update the link that gets sent in the email to the manager so that clicking it would open the form in the browser instead of client. Have you tried that?
You ...

Hi - my apologies but I don't really understand German so I couldn't read the logic in your form. :)
Anyway, are you saying the my suggested method does not work? Hmm, looking at only the radio buttons in your form, I see that the field is named Accountaktion and that it has three options: Einrichten, Ändern and Deaktivieren. What I ...

Thanks for responding to my questions.
I would suggest using a hyperlink control that displays Title, and for the links, you're going to need to build them using a formula. So first, try to open a file in the browser - grab that URL and then in your InfoPath form, build a formula that would result to that URL.
For example, if I open an ...

In order for qRules to know which item to update/refresh in your SharPoint list, it needs to know the list item ID. So you'd want to make sure that your rows have the corresponding ShP list ID.
Are you using a full version of qRules (not relevant but just wanted to know)? Can you attach your form here so I can take a quick look?

Hi,
Thank you for replying, at the same time i found a solution but i guess you brought an explanation .
So what i did was to use this formula : concat(sous-chaîne(Date; 1; 4); "-12-31T00:00:00").
Even if i use date format it seems that adding time to the formula slved my problem.
As you mentionned, the point is that date ...

Hi,
Yes you can achieve this without code. I attached a sample form that would help you understand the logic needed to achieve what you want. I'm using an XML file with data added as a resource file in the form - this should simulate data coming from a secondary data source which in your case is a SharePoint list.
You'll see in ...

Several things come to mind
If you're checking against a telephone number, make sure they are all in the same format in your sp list and that you are entering them on your form in the same format.
i.e. 0123456789 is not the same as 0123 456 789 etc.
Next to your telephone field on your form have a button i.e. (search for client ...

Hi,
This error usually occurs if there are rules in a field that keep changing the value of itself, thus causing an infinite loop until it reaches the maximum limit. Can you attach your form here so I can take a quick look?
Thanks!

Maybe I've missed the complexity of your account number,
Yet assuming your account number is in a column within your list which you are querying, why not do the following.
On your form you'll have a field where an account number is input into (in my test it was a simple number). i.e. New Account Number
You'll have a section, ...

Hi,
Date values are actually stored in the format YYYY-MM-DD in the XML, e.g. 2014-12-31. See attached XSN for a sample on how to achieve what you want. Notice I'm using a rule in the Date field with a condition: if Date is not blank, set Archive to concat(substring(., 1, 4), "-12-31")
Hope it helps!
