Hi Stuart,
Yes, the DAT has two options for opening forms and the Open link fails for forms with code. One future idea for DAT is to remove the Open link altogether, since the Download icon will work for all forms.
Let us know if you run into any other issues. Good luck.

Nice job digging up some previous info. I believe those threads you found are also related to this.
Do you get a different result if you click the green arrow ("Download") button instead of the Open link?

Starting with version 2.4, Qdabra’s Migration Tool provides the
ability to migrate all of the documents in one document type to a newer
document type, and convert those documents from one XML structure to
another in the process. With this feature, you can create a new version
of your form with a different schema, and then upgrade all ...

Hi Stuart,
That XTP has not yet been released.
As mentioned in the other thread, the DocID is assigned to the xml form on submit. On an already-submitted xml, you can display the docid by accessing the PI: http://www.infopathdev.com/files/folders/other_topics/entry56225.aspx

I would recommend having three xpaths in your form, one for each of the steps of the process. So let's assume the process roles are: submitter, approver and reviewer. You'll have rules to store the appropriate username in each of those fields. If a form is new, the currently logged in user becomes the submitter. If the form already has a ...

This refers to the Event Viewer (eventvwr) on the machine where DBXL is being installed. There should be a Qdabra entry in it, but there may be information in the Application log. Can you check? Thanks!

Sorry if I wasn't clear. The command to run from the command line is:

Hi Stuart,
Ok, so the correct users exist. The next step is to verify the roles assigned to these users. The DBXL installer creates the QdabraDBXL and QdabraUtility databases, adds the users, and add roles to them. I assume you created the DBXLTutorial database manually and maybe added the users. The next step is checking the roles assigned to ...

Hello,
This problem arises when ASP.NET has not been registered with IIS (which happens when .NET 2.0 is installed before IIS).
To remedy this problem, run aspnet_regiis.exe -i found in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\(Version)\
Please let us know if this solves the issue.
You might want to consider downloading the DBXL v2.4 trial, which ...
