Hi Sanchez,
Cases like this, I would suggested using a boolean field and name it such as isSubmitted or isNotActive. Have this boolean triggered by a certain condition or rule, and the use the fields for hiding and/or showing sections of a page. Would this approach work for you? Let me know if this helps.

Hi Raj,
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are encountering. Have you tried reconnecting the SharePoint List Tool? Sometimes a quick system reboot also helps, or if not, you may want to try re-installing the tool (you can do this by dragging the SharePoint List Tool onto the form installer and select "No" in ...

I'm quite baffled as well, since there is a list called "Members", wouldn't that be from SharePoint? Also, since we're not on the same page yet, would it be possible for you to attach a sample? I would greatly appreciate that. Thanks

Also, the button would require the user to leave the top text box and move to the button. This ...

Depending on how you have your submitting set up a straight forward 'make mandatory' doesn't work for a form

Why not alter the text box properties>display>Multi-Line, users can then enter there own carriage return i.e. press return/enter to make the text 'look pretty'.
The only other way would be to create a button which would input a carriage return field. The field would contain a specific default value, which equals the ...

Ah OK - I don't use forms via email. All my forms are used via SharePoint and web pages.
Your rules on the dropdown were formatting rules and incomplete.
A/Your drop down automatically clear on a change of value.
I add a dummy field to see what was happening to the drop down box when I selected a new value, it was changing it's ...
