Do you mind attaching your form? You can attach a template under the Options tab & I can help you directly with it. Otherwise - if you have a dropdown with the supervisors, if the value for the drowdown is the supervisor email, you can just set up your submit to use that field for the "to" value.

I think I'd just promote the invoice type to the library. Add a data connection to the library - don't run the query on form open. Add rules to your submit rules - to get the invoice numbers just for your type, set the query field in the data connection to the selected type, then run the query. If there are no rows returned, you know this ...

Hopefully someone else will reply if they have the same issue - I checked on of my test lists that has a customized IP form and it opened. I think you should open a support ticket with Microsoft - SharePoint Online is a black box, and only Microsoft will be able to check the logs and so forth. EDITED TO ADD: Sorry, didn't realize this post was ...

Well you did most of the work - you just didn't know where to put the filter you needed. Now you do! :) Have a great weekend!

Ah-ha! So you have the right idea - you just need an XPath filter on the "IP" field part of your formula. In your form load rules, you tried to do this with a condition, but that won't evaluate on a per row basis. Instead, you need a filter on the eval formula itself: substring-after(eval(eval(IP[Host_Name != ""], ...

Yes - you will need to use what is called a double eval formula to show all of them. If you search the forum for double eval, you should find some info, or if you attach your form under the options tab in a reply, I can help you with the formula. Here's a link that explains the concept: ...

My guess would be that you need to re-run the calculation logic when the end date changes and that something isn't being re-run correctly. What happens if you change the start date after changing the end date? Does your calc then work correctly?
-
You can do that with a filter - when you select the CourseName field you can click to add a filter, and then select Start Date/Time is equal to or greater than, then in the third dropdown, select the option to use a formula. You can use the now() function to get the current date time.

I've actually run into this before - and was not able to find a work around. If I recall correctly, I tried modifying the URL params to see if I could force the form to open - in the end, we told the end users to copy / paste the links into the browser URL bar, which was not a good solution at all. What do your URLs look like? They have the ...

See attached - I used Webdings font for the arrows and you may want them pointing different directions for open / closed (I always struggle with picking the arrows that make the most sense) - but this should give you a general idea. :)
