Look up the Toolbars properties and object model in the Infopath help reference (go to script editor and select help) But you need Full Trust (level 3 security) to access the objects which woud let you turn off the toolbars when the form is opened.
At my work the IT department does this - but rudely it remembers the settings and they don't ...

I can think of code way to do this - and also a long 'pre prepare' way.
But a simple option may be possible - at moment you sound as if you have two seperate repeating sections, when you add one repeating section, you want to also add the other. Is this how it will always be? Perhaps you can merge both repeating sections into one. Then ...

I have a similar situation sometimes.
We retire and old template, but don't want to move it somewhere because then the old forms can't find the template anymore, or other issues which make the situation tricky.
I will do a 'How I use Microsoft Access databases with infopath' post at some point but for now:

I was hoping to be able to come to some sort of 'local' solution (as I do with ...

Hi, I am probably being a bit rude just outright asking this, but I simply lack the skill to make this myself and think it could be a generically useful thing?
I am relatively comfortable with VBA, but not with C, .Net etc.
My process is to get Infopath forms, and import them into MSAccess 2003 using the ImportXML VBA command.

G'day,
I have 3 fields 'name', 'email' and 'subject'
I created a submit data connection which gets it's email values from these fields. Works great as a 'enter email to send form to' type function on my form.
What I would really like is to have the form maintain a table of the email addresses that it has ...
