Due to complications with upgrading a template that essentially restricts me from upgrading, I have to create a new version of the template with the enhancements, so in the end existing forms in the library use the form ... Posted to General (Forum) by KarenSL on 01-29-2010 Invalid Signature - what do I do? I have a form with several sections to be signed. The form is in a SharePoint 2007 library, web enabled, and I cannot open it in SP, but I can if I open it in the client. On one of the sections, it was apparently digitally signed just an hour or so ago, but it has the message "There is a problem with this signature" and when ... Posted to General (Forum) by KarenSL on 01-14-2010 How do administrator published forms work? I have a form template that I've been working on for months and it's in production so the changes I make to it now are mostly just cosmetic and back-end code tweaks, there's been no changes to the schema, datasources or anything major. It's been said that I might've found an IP bug in upgrading forms with ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by KarenSL on 11-20-2009 Re: Print just what is filled out? I needed something similar so I setup a view that does nothing more than serve as a print view and put the conditional formatting on that one view. This way you're not messing with the input portion and it gives you the opportunity to set it up as a very minimalist picture that prints well on any kind of printer (ie. mine is in ... Karen. Posted to General (Forum) by KarenSL on 11-20-2009 Schema validation error I'm completely confused so I hope someone can help by re-explaining in different terms because I'm just not understanding what I'm looking for. I have a form template that I've been tweaking periodically with small changes since it went into production. It's pretty much a straight-forward design, ... Posted to General (Forum) by KarenSL on 11-18-2009 Re: Need help with custom submit button I got this working. I used this article as the guideline: http://www.bizsupportonline.net/browserforms/programmatically-submit-infopath-form-sharepoint-send-email-close-form.htm In a nutshell the only code I needed to do for the submit (this is VB so no semicolons at the end): ' Submit the form to SharePoint - "Main ... Posted to Code (Forum) by KarenSL on 11-16-2009 Format multiple checkboxes I have a form that is broken into 15 "rows" (not repeating), each row has 8 checkboxes, and a flag to determine if certain pieces of the row can be updated. When the flag is thrown to not allow changes to particular fields on the row, is there a way to set the conditional formatting to disable all 8 ... Posted to Controls (Forum) by KarenSL on 11-16-2009 Re: Need help with custom submit button yeah, I went down that path too and I couldn't see another way about it. The code is setting flags and a counter for the row that was just updated to lock it down when it's been updated so people can't go backwards or screw up the sequence of the department routing. Posted to Code (Forum) by KarenSL on 11-06-2009 Need help with custom submit button I have a form with a button running rules to submit my form to a SP library and close my form. Then I added some code to that same button to do some other stuff...this was before I found out that rules run before code. Now I assume that I need to remove those rules and have the submit done at the end of the code, but I can't find ...
