Is there such a thing for IP 2003? The reason I ask is that I have been trying to figure out why one of my forms is acting up without any luck. I would hate to have to re-create the entire form again. Thanks. Posted to General (Forum) by ZaiZai on 09-28-2009 Re: Strange behavior: can't figure it out. One thing that I would like to add to this. I have also tried to see if I could figure this out by comparing the xml file in textpad for one that works and one that doesn't. They both look fine to me, but I am probably not looking at it correctly. Can the problem be seen in the xml file which flies around with the emails? If so, what ... Posted to General (Forum) by ZaiZai on 09-10-2009 Strange behavior: can't figure it out. Hello, I have a form in IP 03 that was working, but now is acting strangely at one step of the workflow. The main view has a master/detail setup. A user queries. A result list is displayed in the master. A user finds a record and then clicks a button in the details of that record. The button has various rules to edit field values, ... Posted to General (Forum) by ZaiZai on 09-10-2009 Re: InfoPath 2003: Browser Based Forms Thanks warrtalon for the answer to this. It works actually pretty well in IP 2003 95 % of the times. It works not so well in IP 2007. If there is a workaround for for it (patch or an update) please let me know. Thanks. Posted to General (Forum) by ZaiZai on 08-04-2009 IP 2003: IP in email body: Formatting I am using IP 2003 and emailing a completed form in a body of an email. The template I created has the basics like a text field and horizontal lines. I want everything to be centered in the email so I have centered everything in IP template as such. When I send it via code it works nicely. Every once and a while you see people who see these ... How would you go about creating emails strings from that same set of data? For example, "Doe, John" to jdoe@gmail.com. The email should have last name which would be proceded by the first letter of the person's first name. If you know a way ... Posted to General (Forum) by ZaiZai on 08-03-2009 Last Name, First Name Anyone know of a way to output into an expression "Dear John Doe," if you had a value in a text box from a query in this format, "Doe, John"? Basically, I need to know how to reverese these two words so without the "," so that I can use it to addess someone formally. Thanks, Posted to General (Forum) by ZaiZai on 08-03-2009 File Attachment/Picture Control Hi, Can IP handle a multi-page image via the picture control? Tif would be ideal, but IP doesn't allow Tifs to be added via the picture control. If this is not possible, can someone tell me how to go about adding a general file type (PDF) to a form via the file attachment control and have the file location (UNC path) be inserted into ...
