I was just using a test form to figure out how to do it before I messed around with 30+ rules in those other forms. Here is one of those forms that has rules. I think you understand what I'm trying to do.. I just don't know where to look. Thank you! I'm in the manifest.xsf file right now and I can't find anything related to "ruleset". Also, this file is only 60 lines long. I've attached this file. You said you've updated rules in the source files before.. Which file did you use to make these changes? Thank you for the help! Posted to General (Forum) by choward1 on 08-01-2016 Using Form Schema/Other Source Files Hello, I am currently in the middle of a project in which I will be combining 5 separate forms that have all different fields/rules. I have figured out how to copy/paste the fields and groups that I want into a different form's schema file, but I'm having problems figuring out the rules. Anyone have any tips for extracting the rules ... Posted to General (Forum) by choward1 on 07-27-2016 Restrict editing Hello - I have been looking to try and restrict editing on forms that I have created. I need to know that someone can't go into the designer and change the way these forms look. I don't care about encrypting the data or anything, I just strictly want to lock down the form for users to not be able to change anything in them. Posted to General (Forum) by choward1 on 06-22-2016 Re: Fields cutting off Anyone else have a suggestion? I'm not talking about a text box that will have multiple lines of text. It does it where a page break is when physically printing the form. Please see attached screen snips. Thanks in advance. Edit: It won't let me add more than one picture. Please note that the top of that field that is cut off is at ... Posted to General (Forum) by choward1 on 05-24-2016 Re: Fields cutting off Thank you for the reply. The problem I'm having isn't from using a huge text box with lots of text. It can just be 1 word in the text box and when I print it literally cuts the field in half on the next page. Suggestions? Posted to General (Forum) by choward1 on 05-20-2016 Fields cutting off Hello, I am having a problem with regular text boxes and drop downs being cut off when printing my filled out form. Can someone suggest something? Posted to General (Forum) by choward1 on 05-19-2016 Help with emailing as attachment Hello, I have a test form which I am trying to set up steps for different managers to approve. I have rules set up to submit via email when a button is clicked and send to the next approval with a username specified by the person with the form open. The emails send fine, but the attachment wants to open in a browser and doesn't show the ... Posted to General (Forum) by choward1 on 05-03-2016 Re: Dependent field not going away when changing the selection Ok, yea that makes sense! I also think I was trying to set it to the section the field was in instead of the field itself. That makes a ton more sense now. Thanks again! Posted to General (Forum) by choward1 on 04-21-2016 Re: Dependent field not going away when changing the selection Ok now I'm having problems with the clearing rules. Which field do I put the action rule on? The field that drives the dependent field, or the dependent field itself. I've tried both and both are not working. Right now I have an action rule on the "CheckGroup" saying "Condition: Check not equal to "Payable to" set ...
