InfoPath Dev

Dear Experts, I just want to ask, when I publish the infopath form .i.e. Invoice Form to some users(employees), is the user required to have an Infopath software installed into his/her computer? Or the user can open the form and fill it without installing the Infopath software? Thanks for your helps.. Rully
