Well the MSI requires admin rights. Most of our users do not have them, and so this is the process we use. They are able to click on a web link and it autoinstalls for everyone who will use that machine. This also allows us to make it almost impossible to edit the form that we deploy, because we can set rights to the folder that they cant get to, ...

Replys like that really dont help. I understand telling someone to help them selves but just saying go look for it doesnt help at all. Keywords would be a great help with a reply like that. Im looking to do the same thing but pass a parameter to another view, and it isnt as easy as just typing it in the search box.

This is what i also need to do. I have a text box in a repeating section, but when i add the code (count(../preceding-sibling::my:Row) + 1) I get an error. ''../preceding-sibling::my:Row'' does not point to a valid location path of a field or group. I feel like i need to change the my:Row, but i dont know to what.

Thanks for the reply. Somthing i found out was you can change the extension from .XSN to .CAB and extract the files from there.

Can anybody help me out with this? I cant even open the form to make any changes. This form has taken me a week to complete, and its not simple to just redo it.
