Can anybody help me out with this? I cant even open the form to make any changes. This form has taken me a week to complete, and its not simple to just redo it.

The form definition (.xsf) file contains elements, attributes, or structures that are not valid.

Error details:
'Printout' is a duplicate key for the unique Identity Constraint 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/solutionDefinition}view_external_name_unique'.

I know this isnt a complaint desk but this isnt the first time ive lost a Infopath form due to "errors".

I would suggest extracting the files and then looking at the mainfest.xsf at line 1590. Sometimes even though its not the manifest that contains the error we get the same message the search all of the files for the text PrintOut and see if anything looks incorrect.

You can use Extract.exe http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools/existing/extract-o.asp ) to open the xsn if you don't have the files in extracted format.

Thanks for the reply. Somthing i found out was you can change the extension from .XSN to .CAB and extract the files from there.
