I created a couple of forms. When I go to "add document" it opens in Infopath and not a web browswer form. What am I doing wrong/  If I have a co worker open it in Chrome or Firefox it opens as a browswer but we got a cross domain error. but when opening in IE it opens in infopath.   My main goal was to grab the URL so ...

it will work only if you select it in IE to print background colors and images. Will people know to do that when they print it out, probably not. I wish there was a better way to just have it follow the form to the web form!!

i found another post regarding this. You check the setting in IE to show background images and color. Thanks!

So I have my form, i made it all pretty with background colors and shading. When I print from infopath i see everything. When we print from the web it's just plain white background with none of my colors. What am I donig wrong????

I figured this out. I wasn't keeping the original format of the text boxes, I was increasing them in size on my template. So when I entered in data it gave me scroll bars. But when I left them at the orginal format, they started expanding with no scroll bars. Thanks so much for responding!!

Is it possible for me to replace a controlled text box with a rich text box? My customer tells me at the last minute that she wanted the boxes to expand and not show a scroll bar. i KNOW i have seen the rule to switch the views but i cannot find it anymore. I'll keep messing with it. but if you or anyone cal tell me where the rule is to switch views i would REALLY appreciate it!

I'm making a form, however, if they hit submit, it's going to redirect them to the home page of the SharePoint site, not to the library as to where the form is filed. How can I make a print view/print option button in the form BEFORE they hit submit? Do I make a separate print view? HELP PLEASE!!!
