 I'm a little confused on what exactly you mean. The site is available both internally and externally. When publishing the form, I publish it with the server name ie http://servername/ Shouldn't the alternate access mapping take care of everything if the form is being accessed from the internet?

I'm wanting to show a quick greeting for the user logged in at the top of my form in plain text. Eg...  Dear Explosive0,  ...then the form below.  I know how to show the current user logged in in a text box, I just don't know how to do it in plain text.  Hopefully, this is something simple. Thanks

 Thanks for helping out with the rules, but I'm still really confused, and new to InfoPath. What parameters should I set when setting the filter? Set Department on the data source to Department on the form field?

 Form attached.  I want the Supervisor to automatically populate based on their selection in the Department field.   Please let me know where I went wrong. I'm new to IntoPath.   Thanks
